New customers needing service: Will need to fill out a user application and pay a $50.00 Security Deposit. Please make a copy or bring your picture ID for us to make a copy. If this is done by 2:00pm then water can be turned on the same day. After 2:00pm water will be turned on the next working business day. Service may be postponed if our Service Department is on an emergency leak.
Current Bills are always due on the 20th of every month unless the 20th is on a weekend or holiday. In this case the bills will be due the next working business day. If your billed is not paid by the day provided by closing of that business day then a 10% penalty will automatically be added to your account.
